Project Executive
Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents; timelines, production schedule, event show flow, external contractor briefs documents
Assist Account Manager(s) with managing the delivery output process, and delivery of key stages of work
Act as a support to Account Manager(s) at live events and video production onsite if necessary
Assist Account Manager(s) with creating proposal for pitching

Work closely with Art Director and other department to execute creative strategies in new pitch projects
Handle different design tasks in multimedia marketing projects, ranged from basic photo touch up and graphic artwork for different purposes
Handle day-to-day duties include organizing a range of graphic files, layout, output and production
Design and execute all the assigned design tasks from research, concept generation, layout design and final artwork production.
